Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center Foundation Chooses Hallett Philanthropy to Elevate its Philanthropy Efforts
Omaha, NE - September 27, 2022 - Hallett Philanthropy (www.hallettphilanthropy.com), a leading full-service consulting firm for education, healthcare, and community-based nonprofits, today announced the firm has been selected by Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center Foundation to provide strategic planning and audit guidance for the hospital’s philanthropy efforts. Hallett Philanthropy will work with Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center Foundation executives to complete an audit of current fundraising efforts as well as to develop a strategic plan for future philanthropy endeavors.
The audit, which covers the last ten years of fundraising for the medical center, will take place over the course of three months and will determine areas of growth as well as areas for improvement over the next several years. The data realized from the audit will help inform the strategic plan, which will cover all fundraising efforts for the medical center for the next five years.
“We are delighted to work with Randall Hallett and Hallett Philanthropy to better understand our philanthropy efforts to date and what we can do moving forward to increase our fundraising profile,” said James Dale, Vice President of Development for Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center Foundation. “We selected Randall because of his experience in leading audits and developing strategic plans that truly prepare organizations like ours for the future and are excited to embark on this important project.”
Hallett Philanthropy has created a unique process that removes the stigma that the audit and strategic planning processes are complicated and difficult to accomplish. Hallett Philanthropy has developed a proprietary mathematical formula that identifies the likelihood a donor will give, which provides a true estimate of philanthropic revenue rather than relying on wealth. By properly incorporating likelihood, Hallett Philanthropy can more accurately advise clients on their fundraising potential as well as develop strategic plans that help them meet that potential, taking into account office size, responsibilities, budget, and alignment with the rest of the organization.
The Hallett Philanthropy team is experienced in developing strategic plans that yield long-term results for clients across multiple disciplines including healthcare, education, and community-based organizations. The audit and strategic plan developed by Hallett Philanthropy will help Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center Foundation meet the growing needs of patients and families as the landscape for patient care continues to evolve.
“Our team is excited to work with Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center Foundation on these important projects,” said Randall Hallett, Founder and CEO of Hallett Philanthropy. “Developing a strategic direction for the future is critical to this organization. I am thrilled to be part of a process that I know will have a lasting impact on patients, families, and the medical staff for years to come.”
Hallett Philanthropy works with nonprofit organizations of all kinds to provide customized programs designed to help them meet and exceed fundraising goals. Since its inception in late 2020, Hallett Philanthropy has partnered with more than 40 nonprofit organizations, helping each to reach unrealized philanthropic goals.
